Hybrid Elastomeric Polyurethane Waterproof Coating

ISOROOF PU HYBRID is a new hybrid technology elastomeric waterproof roof coating, based on acrylic polyurethane. It forms a membrane resistant to moisture and standing water providing superior protection up to 15 years, depending on the number of coats and the number of reinforcement sheets. Obtains quick surface hardness and becomes easy to walk on, without sticking. Due to its special - innovative composition, prevents ingress of dust and dirt on the surfaces, so they do not easily mess, maintaining the whiteness and heat-reflective properties over time. With strong adhesion and high elasticity, bridges small cracks and joints obtaining
excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions from +80°C to -25°C. It is a cool paint with high solar reflectance and thermal insulation properties. It reduces significantly the roof temperature in summer and holds it waterproof in winter, thus minimizing the need for air conditioning and contributing to energy saving. It maintains its elasticity by following contractions and expansions due to high or sudden temperature changes, preventing surface cracks.

Use on: ISOROOF PU HYBRID is an ideal waterproof coating, suitable for sealing any horizontal or vertical, new or old, exterior surface made of concrete, plaster, brick, wood, stone or other construction materials. Apply by brush, roller, spray or airless two coats of the product crossways and insist on covering well all difficult surface points (corners, edges, etc.), in order to avoid humidity penetration.

Coverage: Approximately, 1,2-1,4 m² per liter, in two coats, on a properly prepared surface.

Drying - Recoating: Touch dry after 3-4 hours. Recoat after 12-24 hours. Under cooler or humid conditions, allow longer times.
